THE ROLE

We are currently searching for a passionate and dynamic team member to join our North American Production team as a bicycle Assembler. Reporting to the Production and Warehouse Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for assembling bikes for the North American market. The Assembler will also assist the team with various tasks in the warehouse, contributing to the effective and efficient running of the production.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble road, gravel, triathlon and track bikes according to company standards
• Assist the R&D team with prototype assembly and provide feedback on assembly requirements.
• Participate in keeping the warehouse and assembly workspace clean and orderly.
• Respect the health and safety guidelines and contribute to prevention.
• Participate in quarterly inventory count.
• Perform other related tasks per Supervisor’s request.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2 years of experience assembling bicycles at a manufacturer or as a shop mechanic.
• Vocational studies diploma in bicycle mechanics an asset.
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform work standing for long periods of time.
